Highly chlorinated polyethylene is the product of highly chlorinated polyethylene, also known as HCPE resin. Due to the absence of double bonds in the molecular structure and the random distribution of chlorine atoms, it has good weather resistance, ozone resistance, heat aging resistance, fire resistance, chemical resistance and oil resistance.

HCPE-H (high viscosity) is mainly used as a PVC adhesive. HCPE-M (medium viscosity) , mainly with anti-corrosion coatings, fire-resistant coatings, as a substitute resin for Hypalon, but also as anti-corrosion coatings for steel, buried pipe surface coatings special resin. HCPE-L (low viscosity) , as a result of low viscosity, and acrylic resin, alkyd resin phase, as anti-corrosion coatings, container coatings, road marking paint, surface coatings for buried pipelines.
